Design Logics Connect Hub is situated within a 28 km radius from Central Colombo, In Gampaha District, with an elevation of 568 ft above sea level making is the highest point within the district. The location as a whole contributes to standing against natural hazards; acts as a disaster recovery centre.

In a rapidly developing Colombo, primed to become a hub for the whole of Asia the demand for purpose-designed office spaces has been growing exponentially. Design Logics Connect Hub is located in Gampaha District, a 35 minutes’ drive to Central Colombo. It is also strategically located with close proximity to Highways both Airport and outer-circular Highways. Design Logics Connect Hub, is an undisputed champion for employers and employees alike in the export trade.

All services offered at Connect Hub are scattered within the 20 acre property. The incubator is specifically designed to accommodate mainly the Agri based exporters. However, industries like handicrafts, apparel & other industries that are not involved in fish & meat exports can be incubated in this space.

The modular work spaces are created for
start-ups, emerging entrepreneurs, and even more established companies looking to Scale-up in exports as a space to begin with until they advance to moving to their own facility. With individual modular spaces per company,
Start-Ups and Scale-Ups can operate separately yet sharing all the export services offered in the Connect Hub.

Design Logics Connect Hub is also going to be a 100% certified location, with separate zones of Organic and Non- Organic to accommodate all international standards to enter foreign markets.

Designed for the office of modern times versatility, flexibility and function lie at the core of its purpose. Each office has the capacity to be custom organised due to its modular design to fit any bespoke office requirement any organization will have.

For each office area Design Logics Connect Hub offers to facilitate a break-out area with all modern amenities to suit the taste of luxury. In addition, each modular unit will contain warehouse spaces with 100% security, equipped with all smart surveillance technologies. With parking spaces connected to the same, this workspaces are created and designed for easy and quick access at all times. DLC office spaces will be using almost 85% of renewable energy, making it truly unique and sustainable.
